Phoenix Pool Cleaning Pro is a referral service. When you call or send a request, we answer and connect you with an independent, locally owned pool cleaning and repair company serving your area. We do not perform pool cleaning and repair work ourselves, and we do not send our own employees or crews to your property.
The company you are connected with is an independent business. It sets its own prices, inspects the job, gives you any estimate, schedules the work, performs it, and is responsible for it. Any warranty, guarantee, payment terms or cancellation policy is between you and that company and should be given to you in writing. We are not a party to that agreement.
There is no charge to you for calling or for being connected. The companies we connect callers with may compensate us for referrals.
In Arizona, pool equipment repair and contracting work may require a license from the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, and you can look up any license at roc.az.gov. Ask any pool company for proof of insurance. We encourage you to confirm any company’s credentials before you hire it.
When you call or submit a request, we pass the details you provide, such as your name, phone number, location and the work you need, to the company handling your request so they can contact you. See our Privacy Policy for more.
